1st Annual Holiday Camp @ Christmas for Families of Children and Young Adults with Special Needs
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5th, 2009, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
A gift of a one day Holiday Camp @ Christmas for families of children and young adults with special needs will be held on Saturday, December 5th, from 9:30AM to 3:00PM. It will be hosted on the campus of Faith Baptist Church, 1789 GA Hwy 11 NW, Monroe, GA. This event provides a fun day of respite care for parents whose child requires continuous supervision. Most campers who apply can be accepted.
Camp activities include: crafts, sports, circle games, music, drama, a group project, and friendly conversation. Parents, siblings, and caregivers have a day out for holiday preparations and relaxation.
